Position:

Permanent, Full-time – in the Toronto office

Overview:

We are looking for a sales professional with experience and capability in building new relationships and expanding existing ones. Someone with strong consultative skills and business acumen that can connect dots quickly and create compelling recommendations, linked to clients’ business challenges.

Profile:

  • 5+ years sales experience
  • Experience selling solutions/intangibles is an asset

Major Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales through direct sales and marketing efforts
  • Demonstrate consultative selling skills in all client interactions
  • Use strategic selling approach to identify, target and penetrate companies with development needs for their salesforce
  • Qualify accounts and opportunities
  • Leverage customer database (Microsoft Dynamics) to manage territory
  • Partner with senior sales management and senior learning professionals within client organizations
  • Work collaboratively with DoubleDigit Sales team members to develop proposals and deliver presentations
  • Responsible for client satisfaction and profitability
  • Meet revenue and profit targets
  • Strong, collaborative team player
