Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Position:

Permanent, full time, Toronto

Overview:

We are looking for a marketing professional with demonstrated experience supporting marketing and sales functions to grow the business. Someone that is action-oriented, a driver and works effectively across teams to support the successful execution of marketing and sales objectives.

Profile:

  • 3-5 years marketing and/or sales enablement experience
  • Event management experience
  • Strong communication skills & editing skills
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Navigator, Microsoft Dynamics and WordPress is an asset
  • Experience nurturing leads
  • Disciplined and strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter and life-long learner
  • High personal work standards and professional demeanor
  • Collaborative, team player
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks appropriately
  • A positive, can-do attitude with the desire to go above & beyond

Major Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute events (DDS’ Executive Breakfasts, conferences, etc.)
  • Leverage HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, LinkedIn Navigator to support the sales team (includes but is not limited to; email campaign execution, nurturing MQLs, database management)
  • Maintain a strong social media presence
  • Lead the creation of powerful client stories
  • Webpage and SEO management
  • Manage the content creation process (blogs, videos, infographics)
  • Submit high quality award applications and maintain brand partnerships
  • Create quarterly marketing reports (proficient with Google Analytics and developing insight from data)
  • Support and operationalize the Annual Marketing Plan
